@balikalindogrecipes Turk's style Beef Shawarma, made lower in calorie and higher in protein, more suitable for your fitness journey. Ingredients - 250g of Lean Ground Beef (90/10) - 6 cloves of Garlic - 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce - 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce - 1 packet Stevia - Salt and Pepper to taste - 8 inches whole wheat tortilla - 50g of Cucumber - 50g of Tomato - 1 small White Onion -- Shawarma Sauce - 2 tablespoon of Light Mayo - 2 cloves of Garlic - 1 teaspoon of Water - 1 teaspoon of Vinegar - 1 packet Stevia - Salt and Pepper to taste Steps 1. In your pan, cook lean ground beef and season with a pinch of salt. Drain most of the oil released from the beef. 2. Add 6 cloves of garlic. You can set aside the beef first so that you can cook your garlic until golden brown, but I usually just add the garlic directly to the pan. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce 4. Add 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce 5. Add 1 packet of Stevia. You can also use brown sugar, but I recommend Stevia because it has fewer calories and a lower glycemic index, making it a healthier option. 6. Add Pepper to taste 7. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the garlic is golden and fragrant. 8. To make the sauce, mix together 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of water, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 packet of stevia, and a pinch of salt and pepper. 9. Cook both sides of your tortilla until they are lightly browned and slightly crispy. 10. Thinly slice some cucumbers, tomatoes, and white onions. You can cut the vegetables in half instead of slicing them into circles (Slicing in circles is just better for the animation). 11. Place half of the cooked beef on your tortilla, then add the sauce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. 12. Roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings to form a wrap. 13.
