Procedure

  1. Slice the tomato into thin rounds and wash the lettuce leaf.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until caramelized (around 10 minutes). Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add another teaspoon of oil and heat over medium-high.
