Procedure

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and crush the garlic, boil eggs, cut potatoes into chunks, and season chicken breast and thighs with salt and pepper
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Brown the Chicken: Add chicken and sear until lightly browned.
  4. Add Soy Sauce and Vinegar: Pour soy sauce and vinegar, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Water and Laurel Leaves: Pour water and add bay leaves, bring to boil.
  6. Add Potatoes and Seasonings: Stir in potatoes and brown sugar, simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Add Boiled Eggs: Add boiled eggs and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve: Once the sauce thickens, serve hot over rice.
