Procedure

  1. Mix Filling:
    • In a bowl, combine ground pork, carrot, onion, garlic, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Assemble Lumpia:
    • Place a wrapper on a flat surface with one corner facing you.
    • Place 1 tbsp of filling near the bottom corner.
    • Fold the corner over filling, roll halfway, fold in sides, and continue rolling.
    • Dab the top corner with water to seal.
    • Repeat until all filling is used.
  3. Air Fry:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
    • Lightly spray or brush each lumpia with oil.
